More Than a Stay
We want your stay at Perry Hotel to be effortless and truly memorable. Below are some helpful details and information about our hotel, and if you have any questions or need assistance, we're always here to help.
Reservation Deposit
To lock in your stay at Perry Hotel, we’ll need a valid credit card on file. You can reserve up to three rooms for the same dates with one card. For larger parties, an advance deposit may be required. If you booked one of our Advance Purchase rates, full payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Plans change, we get it! If you need to cancel, just let us know 48 hours before your scheduled arrival to avoid being charged for the first night.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: 4pm
- Check-out: 11am
We’ll be ready to welcome you when you arrive!
Complimentary Parking
Overnight guests can enjoy free parking on-site. Please note that we cannot accommodate trailers or vehicles longer than 15 feet.
Smoke-Free Rooms
We’re proud to offer smoke-free rooms. Please help us keep them that way! If smoking occurs in a room, a $250 deep-cleaning fee will be applied.
Children
We love welcoming families! Children 13 and under stay free in their parents’ room. Ages 14 and up are considered adults.
Pets
Although we can’t accommodate pets, service animals are always welcome. We’re happy to assist you with nearby boarding options.
Accessibility
We strive to make Perry Hotel comfortable for everyone. We offer two wheelchair accessible rooms with roll in showers and our common areas are fully wheelchair accessible.

Air Conditioning
Enjoy a cool, comfortable stay—our entire hotel is fully air-conditioned.

For those mixing work with play, we offer complimentary business services including Wi-Fi, faxing, photocopying, and email support. Stay connected while enjoying your getaway!

Relax in our cozy library, complete with games, books, and magazines—a perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure.

Breakfast
Breakfast is available in the H.O. Rose Dining Room each morning. We want to offer as much flexibility as possible to guests when booking a reservation at Perry Hotel. Beginning March 17, 2025, guests can book a room with or without breakfast. If you’d like to add breakfast after booking, simply give us a call, and we’ll be happy to assist. You’re also welcome to dine with us and pay at the restaurant. For those not staying at the hotel, our dining room is open to the public seven days a week.
