Please note, all gift cards issued prior to October 1, 2008 were issued with an expiration date (18 months after date of issue). In compliance with a change in to Michigan law, any gift cards that were issued after October 1, 2008 were issued with a 60 month expiration date (card will expire after 60 months after date of issue).

If you are unsure as to the remaining value of your gift card or the expiration date, we encourage you to ask at any of our locations or send an email to guestservices@theperryhotel.com .

If you have an expired gift card that was issued prior to October 1, 2008, please contact us at 231-347-6057 or at guestservices@theperryhotel.com in order to receive a credit (100% credit will be given if the card has been expired for less than 90 days and 85% of the credit will be given if the card has been expired for greater than 90 days).

It is important to keep the gift card in your possession, as any credits will be issued electronically to the original card.

Once a Gift Card has been Processed/Shipped your order cannot be cancelled. Treat this card as cash. The Perry Hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Card expires five years from date of purchase. Valid for Dining, Lodging, and Retail purchases at all The Perry Hotel's Properties.

Orders are Processed every 24 hours, and Shipped from The Perry Hotel- 100 Lewis Street, Petoskey Michigan, 49770. Cards are sent through the USPS via First Class Mail to the address you provided.
