Breakfast is available in the H.O. Rose Dining Room every morning. We strive to offer as much flexibility as possible when booking a reservation at Perry Hotel. Starting March 17, 2025, guests can book a room with or without breakfast. If you’d like to add breakfast after booking, simply give us a call, and we’ll be happy to assist. You’re also welcome to pay as you dine at the restaurant. Our dining room is open to the public seven days a week for those not staying at the hotel.

Complimentary parking is available for overnight guests only. We are unable to accommodate trailers or vehicles longer than 15 feet.

The Perry Hotel is proud that each of our guest rooms are smoke-free. We kindly ask for your cooperation.

We love welcoming families! Children 13 and under stay free in their parents’ room. Ages 14 and up are considered adults.

We apologize that pets are not permitted at the Perry Hotel, with the exception of service animals for guests with special needs. We would be happy to assist you in locating local boarding.

Our front desk operates 24 hours each day and a professional associate is eager to assist with your request at any time.
